Hi everyone! Welcome to my food & travel blog!

You must be wondering why I am starting a blog in 2019. Well…the reason is my partner and I have recently moved from New Zealand to Malaysia. He’s Malaysian and wanted to move here for work, so being a considerate and loving girlfriend I followed him over. I was born in Taiwan but grew up in NZ. Let’s just say, for me Malaysia is a very different country to NZ.

It’s been about a month since we moved over and it has been an emotional rollercoaster! It took me 10 mins to walk to work in NZ, now it takes us 45 mins by car (going home is even worse). The parking at shopping malls is really difficult, getting things done seem to take a lot longer and earning ringgits is not very valuable in the international sense.

However, one thing in Kuala Lumpur I am loving……the food and location. I have decided to take this new life day by day, eat and travel heaps and share my new adventure in this foreign country. I wish to provide honest reviews from a foreigners view and share lots of unedited, no filter food photos!
